I purchased a washer and dryer from Sears (across the street) and wasted DAYS trying to get them.... they're at the store, they're shuttled back to the warehouse, they're at the store and 2 people saw them, and on and on and on until "oh, that order's been canceled" and "we'll call you in a couple days". I canceled the order, went across the street to Plaza, where they had the exact same set CHEAPER and they delivered them the next working day! No delivery fee, they hauled away the old ones, they hooked the new up for a LOW fee and the washer and dryer are wonderful! I love Plaza!
