I have always been treated poorly at this Macy’s. If the staff doesn’t think you’re the right type they will refuse to help, be condescending, and/or ignore you altogether.
Went in to pay my bill and it's always so hard to find someone at the counters. I went to my go to register in children's where there is always this woman of Gramma age who is just the friendliest, happiest cashier and ready and willing to help you out. I paid my bill off and she made me so happy i spent $93.00 more on Christmas shopping
Wow excellent customer service!!! I had an issue with my online order, and the store manager did everything she could to tun my issue into a great experience! You can tell that the customer is really valued and that they really keep you happy. Wonderful experience, thank you so much!!
