Great prices, lots if jewelry, and a very comfortable environment with the right temperature .
Was looking at pots and pans for Xmas they were priced wrong at the counter went and looked at the origal price tag it was for a different model but priced for the same product but they were o.o.s of that model they should of taken down the tag because it's confusing to customers but they did honor the price and gave me another 10 dollars off very happy about the outcome and the manager made it right so thank you... merry Christmas..
I order online & pick up in store all the time I am a frequent shopper- This experience happened to be awful. The woman that was "trying" to help me was rude & not helpful. I made 2 purchases online & had found a few more items as I walked through to purchase in addition. First she couldn't get her scanner to work- when she asked a coworker he said you have to type the number in, she continued to ignore his advice and kept trying to scan the items holding up the line. She finally typed the numbers in & it worked right away. I provided my phone number twice for the 2 previous orders for my kohl's account. She then rang up my in store purchase & did not type in my number or ask for it again. When I asked her if the points would show up on my account she stated it was to late & that I would have to call a 1800#. I then asked for a bag for a larger purchase because the recipient was in the car she said it has a handle on it and she wouldn't give me one I had to ask 3 times before she finally gave me a bag. I struggled to put the item in the bag until another courteous customer stopped to help me.
Lynn in customer service is unbelievable. I try to return things with their any time, any reason policy and it turns into the spanish inquisition. I didn't come up with the policy lynn. Why are you acting like its your personal money being returned?
Most un organized store customer service reps are rude and act like they have a gun to their head to help you out never going back to this location even manager was rude and unhelpful maybe she needs to go on a diet
