BEWARE!! DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! I seen a dog GET ABUSED as I was checking out! I was so distraught. I reported it immediately and it seemed as if they didn't care.
Didn't have product in stock manager very rude to employee and myself.
I am reporting them to the Humane Society! This is completely wrong and abuse...wow so sad!
Ugh... I really want to like this location, but service is so poor generally that even a quick trip can take 30 minutes. Staff is strung-out by having to greet everyone that absent-mindedly walks in with their dogs and children and being forced to upsell on their rewards programs and pet charity options. With two cashiers maximum and a constant stream of inept pet owners, I feel awful for the staff. Other locations are calmer and more efficient for their volume. Decent parking, though some of the handicap signs are randomly missing.
Stood there for 20 minutes in the fish section with my one and a half year old daughter and was never offered help had a cart full of stuff that I intended to buy but nobody would help me with getting any fish. Obviously you don't want my money I will go somewhere else this is why you guys are losing business
