This place is horrible. I ended up in the hospital for a 2 weeks I fell behind and they called every person I knew. Threatened me, told me I should not waste my money instead of paying them. They were very rude and mean. I will never shop with them in Maplewood and would advise everyone else to stay away from that location. When I complained to the supervisor he just said ok and went right back to my late payment.
There all great ppl store. Also store manager josh has a beautiful soul. Nice and easy people to work with! Store prices are negotiable the more money you throw down the cheaper it gets. Prices set for financing pay it all with cash they will give you a great deal.
I have received incredible service there. I have not missed a payment and the courtesy call that they give to remind you of your payment at the end of the day, on my due date is great. My mother and Aunts have been going there for years, with no problems. When they were going to be late, all they had to do was CALL and the helpful staff put notes in and tried to help them get on track. Communication is the key.
Definitely will be getting in touch with regional managers or even corporate. I will not go back to them at all. The call you so much in one day its really ridiculous. Then show up at your house with all types of attitudes. Don't waste your time. Just save your money and go buy it. Not worth the harassment.
Not terrible. Expensive, but they have nice stuff. It's my fault my credit is crap. I buy a couple products I want or need and I get to make pretty fair payments and it helps my credit. If your late or going to be late call them be real with them. Tell them when they can get their money and they'll work with you. Dodge them and they gonna keep calling. This place isn't meant for people with good credit. If you had that you wouldn't be paying probably one and half times the retail price. Like anything, don't buy what you can't afford.
