Extremely rude staff! A staff by the name Diana left a voicemail for a call back. Called her back and after answering all her questions, she abruptly hung up. YOU DON'T CALL SOMEONE AND WHEN THAT SOMEONE WASTE THEIR TIME TO CALL YOU BACK, YOU DO NOT HANG THEM UP. EXTREMELY RUDE MANNERS. Will definitely not recommend this crappy place to any family, friends, clients and other viewers. DIANA NEEDS PROPER TRAINING ON CLASS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are better off going to Allina's Sleep Clinics which they properly train their staffs to treat all patients and customers with respect.

Worse place Ever!! Extremely noisy!! Impossible to sleep. The techs were laughing and watching t.v. when I was trying to sleep. The clinic is located off a road with alot of traffic so you can hear all the cars that go by. The rooms have paper thin walls so I could hear what my neighbors were doing. I heard every time they got up to go to the bathroom, get a drink of water, etc. The plumbing must by outdated because I could hear every time anyone used water. It sounded like a water fall mixed with someone making espresso. The beds were not very soft at all and they wake you up by moving the head of the bed up by remote after they got their 4 hours of data. They announced they had enough data and that I could home home after rudely waking me up after I did manage to get to sleep .Then they had me hurry and get ready and said there would be folder with my information waiting for me at the front desk. I thought it would have my sleep study in it. Wrong ! It was just a number to call and get a appointment with my Dr. to read my sleep study in 2 weeks. So all In all it took over 3 weeks to get a appt with my Dr . and than after that I had to get a appt. to get my Cpap machine. It was an extreme amount of time to wait for a apnea machine considering how important they are to your health. Also they bill for every little thing. I was billed for 1. first visit with my Dr. , 2.the sleep test, 3.the review of the test by a sleep Dr. ,4.the follow up with my Dr. 5.The cpap set up.6. the cpap equipment, 7.and than a follow after that with my Dr. to see how it's going. I really thought the test and the Dr. reading the test should be all included in one charge but it wasn't.

I read the other review and was concerned but my experience was very positive. The beds are sleep number beds and very comfortable. The staff positive and professional. It is inherantly difficult to sleep well when you are hooked up to different sensors but the staff did a great job.

Bad experience with the c-pac. It was on to tight and left marks on my face. My face throbbed during the night. Twice I asked for it to be loosened. They never came in and checked it, only replied on the intercom.
