I wish that there was an option to give zero stars. This certain Zumiez has the absolute worst customer service out of all of the stores I have been to. They are always playing swearing & vulgar music so don't bring your kids in there with you. The employees are so rude, immature, and often times lie, especially Joe. Even the manager Jordan has terrible customer service skills and never likes to help anyone. The place is always a mess, employees always have their friends hanging out there with them, and they often times close early. I would suggest avoiding this Zumiez at all costs because the staff is so awful.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and sent them back for a different size instead of doing that they just tried to refund my card. I had the piece of paper right in the box filled out saying all I wanted was a different size and they couldn't even do that for me. I think they did it because when I bought the shoes they were on sale and now there not so zumiez could sell them at full price instead of just giving me the size I ordered. I'm pissed.
