Sarah, the lady who picked up the phone was extremely impatient. I understand that you work in an environment where people could come off a little annoying but damn lady. Your negative energy threw me off and now I have a bad impression about you, making me write this review on how rude you were. I really wish things will get better for you, hopefully people will treat you better so you don't come off so rude the next time you pick up that phone. God bless your soul.

I went to the driver's license office in the building. Everyone was really nice and knew their stuff. I had to wait no more than two minutes, there was barely a line. I got everything I needed, and quickly!
Service is decent but agree with other commenter that since the purpose of this place is to provide services to taxpayers, the people who pay their wages, it would be really nice if they could offer some weekend and evening hours in order to more effectively do that. People should not have to take vacation time or unpaid time off (if they can even get it) just for the privilege of renewing their tabs or other required government transactions.

I have had two dogs cared for at this Banfield and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so helpful and kind to both my family and dogs. It is convient having PetSmart connected but I have never felt pressure to buy anything extra. They have even directed me to find cheaper ways of getting medication than what they can sell them at. All the vets are women and very warm which is a nice plus. The Wellness Plan is worth every penny!
