First of all they do good service when you initially use their services. But getting the small things done is very tough for them afterward.
That's my experience.
Lastly, the marker location on the plot was not located where we'd like. When talking over the phone, it was fine to move the marker, but when we get there they told me a different thing.
Quite well maintained
Three things that did not go well. Returning phone calls are really not their strong skills. First was that they promise to call me when the marker arrived before setting it in the ground, but nothing. Second is the flower cup order. They said they will call when the cup comes in a month, but I ordered it over a year ago and yet nothing is on the site. Plus no calls to inform me of issues or delays.
